"PAYMENT/DELIVERY Information"
We want to make the payment process Secure and Safe for both you and us. So please read carefully and E-MAIL Us if you have any questions at all.
With the sales contract signed by both parties, this protects both You and Us.
However, if the puppy needs to be Shipped, we cannot ship your puppy until full payment is made. Flight arrangements will not be made until the puppy is paid in full. Naturally we are always at the mercy of the weather when flights are scheduled and we suggest you be flexable with your time schedule during this time. We try very hard to get your flight information to you as soon as it is aquired. Most of the flight carriers also have websites that you can track your puppies flight as we do to make sure they are getting where they need to go. Call if you have any questions at all.
It is always best to email first to reserve your puppy. This is why you will see sale pending on some of the photos. We don't want you to rush into the purchase of a puppy and normally suggest you wait till the puppy is 4-5 weeks old. ( this is the age they really start to show their personalities and temperments) However we cannot reserve a puppy for you unless the $500 deposit is received by he Breeder. We do give you 48 hours to have payment to Us after your verbal agreement and signed contract to buy the puppy. After that time the puppy will be placed available on the site again.
This is the process we wish you to take in buying a puppy;
**After you decide on the puppy you would like, always call us to verify it is still available.
**After your confirmation, we will stop advertising on our site of this puppy. The puppy will be listed on our site as Sale Pending until your payment is made. ( keep in mind that some of our ads on directories run for a month at a time so these ads may not be taken off immediately). Puppies are weaned around 5 weeks of age, and are health checked.
**You will be given an option of either placing a deposit of $500 or making the full payment including shipping cost, if shipping is required. Once We have received the Full amount, it is Non-Refundable. And We will ship Your puppy to You as soon as possible. And again, We have No control over the Temperatures, if it is the Summer months.

After your initial payment is made we may pull your puppy's photos off the sales page. We will email you photos at least once a week and let you know how your puppy is doing, if under 8 weeks of age. After the sale we appreciate updated photos and information which we ask to place on the "Satisfied Owners" page with your approval of course.
At the time of purchase we discuss an estimated date for you to get your puppy. Keep in mind that we cannot let any puppies fly until they are at least 8 weeks old. (It is the law) If you were to pick up your puppy we would discuss the adequate age the puppy should be allowed to leave. (This would all depend on how the puppy is progressing after it is weaned from the mother.)
Payment Options:
** CASH
**Wire money directly from your bank account-
Check with your bank, most are set up with this convience and it's fast.
Bank fees to do this are usually a set amount for the transaction. It would be best to consult with your bank because each has their own wire fee which can usually vary from $12 to $25.
**You can send your payment certified mail -
We can accept certified bank checks only!
Since we live in Texas and some of our buyers are several states away it takes about 5 days with USPS to get a first class letter to us, and next day service is usually two days! It is always best to send money with a signed certification on this end. If I were sending a check for this amount I would want this verification that it was collected.
** Paypal/Credit Card is also an option but they do charge a 3.5% Fee that is added to the Total amount.
** Walmart Money Gram, or Western Union
** And than last, if You are personally picking up your puppy. Than of course You must pay by CASH ONLY~!!
(( Please Note: NOT~ all Puppies will be located here in Texas, since We support a Network of Breeders. You may ask where your puppy is coming from.
It is always best to call and inform us how you are making payments. I have found that paypal is not always reliable in letting me know when payment has been made. And you will need to contact me for my paypal address anyway.
